★★★★★ Absolute perfection! If you are craving authentic Desi street food, Alpha in Richmond is the spot. We tried a bit of everything and it all blew us away. The Desi burgers have that perfect, nostalgic spice and flavor you usually can't find outside of South Asia. The Pani Puri was incredibly crisp and tangy, and the Dahi Puri was layered beautifully with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and yogurt. To top it all off, the Gola (Gola Ganda) is legendary—honestly some of the best shaved ice around. It’s the perfect refreshing end to a spicy meal.
